DR Connect is provided by DuxRoe Lawyers as part of our service commitment to our clients.
It’s part of our service offering which gives our clients with an iPhone, access to information about their sale or their purchase matter(s).
The main screen provides a snapshot of what is happening with the matter, and the user can quickly see key information: How far are we through the process? How long until we settle? What is happening next?
Drill-down capabilities then allow access to:
•The full checklist of tasks to be performed
•Relevant documents related to the matter
•Messages that have occurred between the client and the firm
•Contact details for the relevant parties
•Details about the property
•Other useful information
DR Connect also handles multiple matters so that similar access can be provided for any number of matters that we are looking after on your behalf.
DR Connect’s goal is to provide you, our client, with a proactive service that is available to you anywhere, anytime through the convenience of your mobile phone.
