A Technological Perspective
This chapter focuses on important technologies that will be key to enabling the best performing smartphone networks for the expanding population of cities. Customer experience is at the heart of the advances in connectivity and the networks that support mobile broadband.
The Opportunity Perspective
The Networked Society will require us to rethink how we do business. In this chapter we provide a snapshot of six innovative business opportunity logics that can unlock opportunities for ICT providers to engage their customers.
