Fixed EB TORIC bugs:
- Fixed wrong incision offset showing in certain circumstances (180 degrees away from correct location).
- Fixed unexpected shrinking/blowing up of eye image when photo acquired with device excessively tilted.
- Fixed slowed down movement of graphical elements on the plot (Incision location, Scleral mark location, T IOL axis). Now it's super smooth even of old devices.

Known issues:
- Do not start the app while holding the device horizontally to avoid layout issues. Should they occur, just kill the app and relaunch holding vertically.
- The app may crash, especially on older devices, when taking multiple photos in rapid sequence. Working on a fix.
