Introducing ezpass the the next level of security feature that serves as a secure replacement of email and SMS OTP. You don't need to wait for email/SMS OTP anymore!
• You can now activate ezpass by signing in the app.
• You can view OTP from ezpass on your authenticated device to verify your transactions instead of OTP on email/ SMS.
• Activated ezpass device can be viewed under "My Devices".
• You can deactivate your activated ezpass from "My Devices".
Now you can contact help desk easily by filling the contact us form. Our help desk will contact you to assist with your inquiry.
• When logged out: tap the contact us button inside login screen.
• When logged in: from side menu, tap the contact us button.
