Fixes multiple issues and other enhancements, including:
- The Switch Community screen now respects the user's language setting
- The app now respects the device language when the user's preferred language is not known.
- Fixed issue that allowed user without Can Comment feature to see existing comments on a post.
- Fixed issue that allowed user to forward posts to Community Managers.
- Fixed title overflow in SSO login screen.
- Updated error messaging for failed password edge case.
- Improved messaging shown when user has no internet connection.
- When searching, managers now see the message "No results found" when there are no results.
- Managers can now see the "Categories you manage" section while searching.
- Fixed UI issues for existing shares on iPad.
- Removed unnecessary button from feed carousel on Mobile Home Tab when VoiceOver is on.
