INTERSPARE continues the tradition of innovative engineering of textile finishing machines, through buying the brand names ARTOS, KRANTZ and STENTEX. Associated with those brand names are well-known names such as Famatex, Haas, Babcock Textilmaschinen, BTM and Textima. Even today products from these brand names are used anywhere in the world.
INTERSPAREadopted service philosophy and customer satisfaction as the corporate motto from the moment it was founded. From this philosophy the company has now developed a new customer service: the Smartphone Smart Order System app, which makes child's play of requesting spare parts and most importantly, helps the customer to save time.
Once the app has been installed, the customer can quite simply take one or more photos of the machinery and the spare parts required and send these to INTERSPARE with one click. The INTERSPARE specialists, who, of course, know the range by heart, then identify the spare parts required. Customers no longer need to spend time in expensive searches.
