About Is This Food Primal?
Gets you from wondering if it's Primal to knowing the answer as fast as possible.
By just giving a simple yes or no answer to the questions you can discover if any food, (yes, any food!) is considered to okay by the Primal way of eating.
Unlike many other apps, this one will explain a little about why a food is or isn't considered Primal!
When your standing in the store trying to decide what to buy or you're ordering in a restaurant you want something that can tell you if your choice is Primal right now! Not after hacking your way through menus and alphabetised lists of foods, half of which you've never even heard of let alone considered eating!
It's the question asked by anyone starting out on the Primal way of living originally popularised by Mark Sisson via his site Mark's Daily Apple and numerous books but now becoming a global movement. (This app is not affilated with Marks Daily Apple).
