- UKG Brand Update – the colors and icons have been updated from Kronos to UKG brand standards.
- Employee Timecard Audit Inquiry: employees can now view the changes made to their Timecard information via an Audit Inquiry option.
- Clock In and Clock Out options: the mobile app now supports separate clock in and clock out functions for Employee Profiles with Timestamp
mode.
- Cancel Meal Option on Main Screen: employees may now access the Cancel Meal option (if authorized) from the main screen in addition to the Clock
In/Out option.

Cancel In-Punch Based on Message Answer - Attestation answers may now be configured to cancel the punch for the transaction that is presenting attestation questions.

Employee Questions - Stand Alone - You may now assign a user defined question to an Employee Profile that allows employees to record their answers in the Attestation Log. The question is “standalone” and is available directly and not associated with the punch process.

Separate Punch and Transfer Options - You may now configure the punch and transfer options separately so that one may be allowed without the other on the mobile device.

Monetary Adjustments on Main Screen - Employees may now access Monetary Adjustments from the main screen in addition to the the Timecard Inquiry.

Known Place in Attestation Log - When mobile punch is within range of a Known Place and attestation questions have been answered, the Known Place will show in the Attestation Log rather than “Mobile”.

Attestation on Out Punch - The mobile application now supports allowing employees to attest their time as they’re punching out.

• In Punch Attestation Questions - you may now configure questions to be displayed to the employee upon clocking in to start a shift when using the Kronos Mobile for iSeries mobile app. The questions and answers are assigned to the employee's Attestation Profile. A log is maintained of the questions asked of the employees and their responses.
• Help Link Now Available - a Help link is now available that allows a manager user to display the Manager Essentials document and an employee to display the Employee Essentials document.
• Attestation for Activities Mobile Views - attestation question functionality is now available for Activities In/Out transactions (type TP) from Mobile Views.
• Cancel Meal Penalty from Attestation Questions - the ability to cancel a meal penalty from answer to attestation question is now available.
• Transactional Mode - Cancel Meal - the Cancel Meal option is now available as a separate option as it is in the Employee application, rather than the option accessed from the Transfer function.

- Ability to Hide Change Password options - You now have the ability to hide the Reset Password and Change Password options with a global keyword. Additionally, the password options are
automatically hidden when the company database has any form of Single Sign-On enabled.
- Notification Center - Employee and Manager notifications are now visible from the mobile app.
- Cancel Meal, Cancel Meal and Break Penalties - Managers may now cancel automatic meal deductions, as well as meal and break penalties from the mobile app.

- It is now possible for employees to request a missing punch to be added from their mobile
device. Supervisors can review and respond to the requests using Kronos iSeries Central v7.0.3
or higher, or from their mobile device. The system will automatically insert the missing punch in
the employee’s Timecard.
- As of Kronos iSeries Central 7.0.3, you may configure questions and possible answers to be
displayed to the employee upon clocking out when using the SP, SO, 142 Smartview transaction
types or when the employee is using the Employee application with Timestamp mode. The
questions and answers are assigned to the employee’s Attestation Profile. A log is maintained of
the questions asked of the employees and their responses. As of v1.1.0, these questions are
now available for use with Kronos Mobile for iSeries.
