Maclean’s enlightens, engages and entertains millions of readers a month with exclusive stories and compelling writing from Canada's best journalists.

The purchasable subscriptions are auto-renewable. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account after you've confirmed your purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Your subscriptions and the auto-renewal options may be turned off by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to the publication, where applicable.
The 3, 6 and 12 month auto-renewable subscriptions will still be honoured but are no longer offered in-app.

Maclean's publishes 12 times a year. Subscriptions renew monthly.

Fix for offline reading — we appreciate your feedback. Now download any issue of Maclean’s to read offline or on the go. Open an issue and tap the download icon on the top-right of your screen.
From your settings menu, opt-in to push notifications from the app to automatically download the latest issue as soon as it’s available.
Improved navigation tools including a table of contents in your weekly issue.

We have been working hard at evolving and creating a more seamless reading experience for you!

You can now start reading your issues right away – as they download! Browse and navigate your magazines faster and easier to quickly find the stories you are looking for. The app is much more stable and features significant performance improvements.

For Print Subscribers: After downloading the app, tap "Sign In" in the upper left hand corner (under "Settings" on the iPhone) & create a new username and password by selecting "Create an Account". Enter your account number, email address and create a password in order to activate your subscription.

For iTunes Subscribers and Single Issue customers: After installing the app select the settings icon on the top-right of the screen and then “Restore all purchases” (under "Preferences" on the iPhone).

This is a critical update for users whose store is constantly refreshing. The new version will restore any missing covers and repair the internal database.

Please note: for users experiencing the flashing store, to repair the affected files your library will be deleted. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. You will be able to download all previous purchases by selecting “Settings” and “Restore Purchases” for iTunes customers and “Reset Subscription” for print subscribers. For users who are not currently experiencing the store issues – your library will not be affected.
