The Mail Manager App for iOS is your handheld assistant for keeping up to date with your letter, parcel and message status.
This App is a companion to and works alongside our existing Mobile platform, providing you with a simple and elegant interface which notifies, displays your received postal mail items and allows you to monitor your account.
- Receive push notifications of newly arrived mail, messages and forwarding updates
- View envelopes when they arrive
- Request open and scan
- View scanned letters
- Update, respond to forwarding batches requiring your attention
- Check your current account balance, and transaction history
- Single click access you web dashboard with no login required, giving you access all features as you have on your desktop, optimise for smartphones and tablets

Logging into the app will register your mobile device, allowing you to not only view mail status, but to also access the main Mobile platform with a single tap. If you lose your phone/tablet, you can log into your web dashboard and instantly remove any registered devices.
Application requires a mail management account hosted on the iPostalMail platform to function.
If you do not already have an account, please go to UK Postbox site, sign up for your own virtual UK address and then you will be able to manage your postal mail with this app.
