About Maktun: coin and note search
Maktun is a new free application for numismatists, bonists and notaphilists. It suits both novice and experienced collectors.
In Maktun you can:
— Identify the coin and banknote by the photo from the phone. Maktun already knows about 300 000 types of coins and 120 000 types of banknotes.
— Learn detailed information about the coin and banknote: country, nominal value, years of mintage, catalogue number, series, weight, dimensions and other details.

Now Maktun has a function to import your collection from files xls, csv.
This will allow you to transfer data about your coins into the application and keep an electronic copy of your collection in Maktun with a wide range of additional features.
We also added new currencies for the value of coins: Brazilian real and Ukrainian hryvnia.

French language was added to Maktun and now 7 different languages are available in our application. We've added a Channels section where you can check out new coins on topics of your interest and add them to your collection with a simple swipe of your finger.

Now, in Maktun, you can:
1. Save any number of coins of the same type.
2. Specify coin parameters: year, mint, quality, value, currency, weight, diameter, quantity.

4. Attach photos to coins in "Want to Buy”, “Want to Sell” and “Want in Exchange” lists.
