New version designed and developed with focus in to teach of the best way the nautical knowledge.
We have heard all your requests. And we have incorporated all that follow our philosophy.
Marinus: ColRegs is the best tool for consultation and study of Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea.
Summary of update:
