MobiEntry app is designed for event managers and organizers who already have MobiEntry account and have created events at mobientry.instateam.net. Any managers associated with MobiEntry events can also use this app.

MobiEntry mobile app allows the event organizers to simplify the event tickets and merchandise sales process. Many event organizers such as tournament directors, high school booster clubs, churches social events organizers and fund raising events managers can generate more revenue and raise funds for their organizations.

The ticket scanning capability within MobiEntry app makes checkin process quick and eliminates attendee lineups. There is no need to print attendees list and manually validate the entry tickets.

The event organizers can also use MobiEntry app to sell merchandise during the event. The attendees can easily buy items using their credit cards. As many people may not carry cash with them, enabling credit card transactions helps boost the event sales.

Event managers can view the list of people who have purchased tickets, checked in at the event or did not show up for the event. They can also search members by name and directly send messages to them.

The app allows event managers to send messages to selected attendees or everyone at the event. They can also follow up with the people who did not attend the event.
