With the MultiPress Installation App, you maintain full control of each project, down to the final result. This app gives your installers full access to a centrally-managed project file in the MultiPress ERP/CRM. Customer service, production, and installation teams can quickly and easily arrange assembly, delivery, and installation; document the installation progress with notes and photos; gain customer approval, and log time. All this in real-time and from any location with a full audit trail of all activities.

Functions of the MultiPress Installation App:
• Correct Planning
Installers always have the correct planning available in the right order and can drive directly from job to job. This allows them to plan their driving and working hours efficiently.
• Instructions
Each order has a description of the installation instructions; the installers on site won’t be spending time finding out exactly what needs to be done.
• Registration
The time worked is recorded on site with the start/stop timer. The app sends the data in real time to the MultiPress system.
• Notes
Add problems, comments, or surprises on site to the file via a simple note field.
• Images
You can upload photographs of the delivered work directly into the app. There they are added to the right project in MultiPress, which simplifies remote quality control.
• Sign-off
Ready? Once the job is done, the customer can sign off for approval directly in the app. This feeds back to MultiPress and triggers the next step: invoicing.
