About Quiz your English
Quiz your English is a fun new way to practise, improve, and test your English by competing against learners from all around the world. Practise with friends, building vital language skills in the process, and test yourself in a truly global environment.
Go head-to-head with your English language skills by challenging other players and friends. Invite friends to play via Facebook, or search for an opponent by name. Face off against international rivals in real time and battle it out in quiz competitions to see who can score the best in general and IELTS English. Covering a broad range of topics and grammar, there’s never been a more nail-biting way to truly test your skills! Whether you need help on your vocabulary for work, education, travelling, or leisure, Quiz your English has it covered. The app offers a range of levels, so learners of all abilities can join in the fun, and there are also in-app Cambridge English exam packs to help if you are preparing for an exam.
Players can check their stats to see where they went wrong, and get (friendly!) revenge with a quick rematch. Earn points to move up the leader boards and gain coins which can be traded for in-game power ups. In this update we've introduced ads to Quiz. These may now appear at the end of some games you play. We've done this to test if we can cover some of the increasing costs of running Quiz Your English without charging for the app. If you'd prefer to continue playing Quiz and not see ads, there is a 'Remove ads' option in the Settings menu. If you have feedback or comments, please use the SEND FEEDBACK button in the Settings menu.
