Updates to the user details section to allow customers to add a payment method if you are part of the Refill Return Cup pilot. Don't worry, we aren't taking any charges for late returns yet and will give you plenty of notice before any charges come in!

We've had a makeover!

We've been working hard to improve our app, making it even easier to choose to reuse. Log a refill from the home screen, see your impact in your account and find places to refill near you in a list or map view with improved filters. We're still re-imagining some of our old features and developing new ones, so stay tuned for more coming soon.

In this release we have fixed some minor bugs for organisations using the app via single user sign on.

If there is a local participating scheme, these will be discoverable within a new Borrow and Return map view within the Refill app. As Borrow and Return schemes are added across new cities, we will look to map this offering across more cities and towns.

In this release we've made it even easier to get started on the Refill App with our newly designed welcome screens. We have also improved our story content to keep you up to date with the latest Refill news in your area.

With our new Join the Refill Revolution page you can find other ways to take action against plastic pollution, and how to have an impact in your community.

In this release, we have improved how you log a Refill and updated the appearance of our Refill Station cards when you’re searching for plastic-free; water, coffee, lunch or shopping! We have also updated our map to make it even easier for you to use less plastic and keep track of your impact on our oceans. Plus we have introduced brand new story content to the Refill App, helping you navigate the app and keeping you up to date with exciting campaigns and Refill news!

Following the success of World Refill Day, we've added over 270,000 Refill Stations globally. Plus, you can now delete your account, and we have made some backend stability improvements.

We’re releasing an update to resolve a couple of bugs where users weren’t able to move past the sign-up screens. We’ve also added some new features where you’ll be able to hear more about what’s going on at City to Sea and with the Refill campaign. It’s time to Refill more!

Refill is expanding and we need your help. We’ve updated the app so you can include more Refill options when adding Stations. And you can edit existing Stations too. We want to know if your favourite places offer: Hot drinks, Lunches and household supplies in your reusables. Help us grow the Refill app and join the #RefillRevolution!

We've now made the app accessible in Japan, with even more features... If you're using the app in Japan, you can now help us grow our community there by adding Refill Stations that offer more than Just tap water. You can add places that offer hot drinks, lunches-to-go and zero waste shops, helping us to promote the rise of the reusables and reduce plastic pollution from more than plastic water bottles. You can use the app in Japanese with new languages coming soon.
