About RevTek-Engage
REVTEK was founded by industry veterans, who possess subject matter expertise and a passion for technology.
Our management team has considerable valuation experience. With memberships in many industry associations – Appraisal Institute, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, National Association of REALTORS®, and the Collateral Risk Network – our leadership understands the valuation space.
Our goal is to collaborate with customers towards a mutual goal of product refinement. The ENGAGE platform was not built in a vacuum, but built by and for Appraisal and VMC companies

In 70H form added N/A option for inspection Date
Exterior Walls,Walls, Trim FinishPlease allowed the selections to be made like FLOORS (multiple selection)
Condition –removed any defaulted boxes that are checked
Foundation –deselected the YES or NO box for “Are there any visible Foundation damages or defects.
Added Primary Bath, and Primary Bedroom as an option for labels in interior.
Added the following labels to the interior “Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2...all the way up to 6.
Added a third one titled “LL/Basement”they should include the same labels as the interior.
