We’ve made it even easier for you to schedule your service appointment. In addition to giving you more options, we’ve added a host of other new improvements when scheduling your appointment.
- No more phone calls or messy emails. Chat directly with your service advisor - ask questions and even receive actual images of your car with any potential problems that may be found by our technicians.
- Status updates - know when your car is being worked on, completed and ready for pickup.
- Receive appointment confirmations and rescheduling options if your prefered time is unavailable.
- Add your confirmed appointment directly to your calendar.
- Easily enter your vehicle information by scanning the VIN barcode or simply entering your VIN
