- The load counter is now working correctly and presents the appropriate "I'm done" and "New load" prompts when a driver has more than 1 load remaining.

* drives can move through the app screens without an internet connection.
* tracked actions are visible through a queue list via the "connection lost" banner.
* pending actions begin uploading once internet connection is restored.

- Fix: Drivers can now choose which map application to use when navigating to loading/unloading locations.
