We added some awesome new features and made a few improvements.
* Added back key to keyboard
* Keyboard layout is now that of a regular calculator
* Calculator input is now formatted
* Added tax/without tax toggle in case of a mistaken press or just for fun :)
* Removed review pop-up/alert
* Improved launch time
* Added French Canadian support
