ShopNT helps you shop with confidence by having your consumer rights in your pocket. It can advise you about your refund, warranty and lay-by rights while you’re shopping, or at any time.
You can use ShopNT to:
· Find answers to common shopping questions such as ‘Can I get a refund if I change my mind?’
· Assist you in talking to a business about unsatisfactory goods and/or services.
· Store your receipts as photos on your phone, so you never need to worry about a lost or faded receipt.
