スマートアラームはApple Watchの働きと心拍数を利用してあなたの睡眠サイクルを分析します。

- "おやすみモード（Do Not Disturb）"でも軽い振動と音が鳴ります
- 就寝時間のリマインダー
- アラームが鳴ったら、パートナーを邪魔することなく、Apple Watchで手首を軽く振動させ
ます
- 覚醒パルスの自動測定
- 鳴らしたい音をアラームとして録音する
