Tadam offers you an easy and intuitive way to create your property inspections:
- Enter information of landlord, tenant, agent, describe each item, add photos related to each item, draw on photos, magnify small details, sign on site, and much more!
- Ease of use and Time saving, allows you to focus on findings
- Customisation and anticipation, creation of your templates of observations
- Visualise your reports directly inside the app
- Export your reports in Word and PDF formats in a single click
- Share your reports using any available sharing service (Mail, Gmail, iMessage, Save to Files, Print, Slack, Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, WhatsApp, Messenger, ...)
- Open your reports directly in Microsoft Word app (if installed on your iPhone or iPad)
- Works offline*
* An internet connection is not needed to realise or to save your reports to Files (or to open them with an installed app such as Word app), but only needed to send them over the internet (such as by email).

Tadam Premium offers you an unlimited report export with a monthly or yearly subscription.
Your first month is for free!
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price.
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

4. You will be able to see when your next payment is due, or cancel your automatic renewal.

Renewal of your monthly Tadam Premium subscription is automatic.
You can cancel this automatic renewal at any time, at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
