About The Workout Deck
The Workout Deck is the best way to create workouts built around a deck of cards. The idea is simple, but the goal is tough. Assign an exercise to each suit of cards, and for each card drawn do a number of reps equal to the card's number.
The Workout Deck does not limit you to a number of exercises available because you can create your own!
