About AR Lifestyle
The AR Lifestyle App connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Age Rejuvenation. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.
As an Age Rejuvenation patient, you will will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Age Rejuvenation provider. Communicate with Age Rejuvenation in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.
This app is integrated with the Apple Health app. Choose to share your steps, weight, and other parameters directly with the AR Lifestyle app in realtime.
Intuitive Design
The app is designed specifically for Age Rejuvenation patients and you can't use the app unless you're an Age Rejuvenation patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad.
