JDA Transportation Mobile User は、運送業者、ドライバ－、従業者の輸送担当者によって使用されます。運送業者は配送依頼をレビューしてそれに応答することができます。また、このソリューションで、ETA やストップ確認などの生成される更新に基づいたリアルタイムのストップが可能となり、貨物やトリップのオペレーションの進捗状況の可視性が拡張されました。ドライバーは各ストップで運搬オファーに対応後、集荷処理および配達業務を処理し、ドック確定の表示と管理、ドライバーの勤務時間の記録まで行うことが可能です。さらに、ドライバーや運送業者は実際の荷受数量にデジタル署名をもらうことで配送証明として添付したり、不良品や損傷車両の画像を添付して、問題解決の迅速化ができます。
