About Vehicle Book GPS
Vehicle Log Book (VLB) is now 100% Free. No Charges, No Costs and all reporting Free.
VLB is the fastest and easiest way to record travel logs and travel receipts
With VLB You can:
• Pre-set your regular start and stop locations
• Record times and locations in addition to mileage (optional)
• Record your fuel and other car related receipts, no more loose receipts in your car
• Auto region and date formatting [dd/mm/yyyy – mm/dd/yyyy]
• Calculate your percentage of business to private use
• Editing of existing trip records.
• Ensure that you are ATO Compliant & Tax Compliant for most other countries
• Backup your data to Dropbox or your phone
• Compile complete summaries and statistics of costs
• Email your trip summary and itemised details (PDF or Excel/CSV format)
This app is also suitable for use in other countries where car logbooks are kept for tax purposes e.g. New Zealand, UK, Canada, South Africa, Ireland, Netherlands, France, Canada etc.
*Australian users may be required to keep a logbook for TAX purposes. Vehicle Log Book will generate logs based on Australian Tax Office (ATO) requirements around Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) – Simply Log, Generate and Submit.
