最新バージョン 2.2.2 の更新情報

Last updated on 2018年12月03日
旧バージョン
** fixed a bug causing crashes in version 2.2.1, when trying to do an exercise, sorry!

- Integration with Apple Health! Save your workout, heart rate, and calories burned!
- Heart rate and calorie calculations (can be enabled and disabled under HeartRate in Settings)
- Revamped home screen with a calendar showing days worked out: swipe (left) up to 1 year back!
- Units! Add, edit, and convert between units! Tap the Unit value when doing an exercise to change to another unit, add units in settings. The top unit in the unit settings is the default unit.
To use the HR and calorie features, you need to
1. Pair a bluetooth HR monitor with your iPhone through the bluetooth settings on your phone. I know the Polar H7 chest strap works (it's the only one I have), so please let me know if other types do or don't work!
2. Set your weight, age, and sex in Apple Health, these are needed to calculate calories! The formula(s) used are:

Male: Calories = ((-55.0969 + (0.6309 * Heart Rate) + (0.1988 * Weight) + (0.2017 * Age)) / 4.184) * minutes

Female: Calories = ((-20.4022 + (0.4472 * Heart Rate) - (0.1263 * Weight) + (0.074 * Age)) / 4.184) * minutes

3. Allow WeightLifts to access your Apple Health data.

Notes:

- I had to remove the export to CSV function as it needs a bit of work: trying to export a ton of exercises results in the phone thinking the app froze and then closing the app.

2.1.0.4

Fixed a bug that caused ALL historic entries to be overwritten when an entry was edited.
2.1.0.3
2017年04月13日
- Added a chart view with the exercise image, just swipe left or right on the exercise image to view the progress chart.
- Changed out the goal values for a nicer looking chart
- Added more default exercises that will install automatically (they will not overwrite data that exists for exercises of the same names).
- Added ability to rename and reorder workouts
- Added ability to reorder exercises in workouts
- Added ability to enter decimal values for weights and reps.
- Exercise information now updates right after it was edited.
- **charts need more than 2 or more days worth of data before they update
- bug fix

FINALLY added progress charts! On the "Do Exercise" screen, simply rotate to landscape and a chart of your average reps and weights will be shown. Weights are in red, reps are in black. Tap on a point to see the value, if it isn't clear. I decided NOT to list the rep values above each point because it clutters the screen and because the reps of an entry are usually easier to read off the axis than the weights. Weights follow the left Y axis, reps follow the right Y axis. Pinch outward to zoom, then you can scroll around too.

Please, if you are enjoying the app, or not, or want to see a feature, leave a review on the app store!

Bug Fix: Searching in statistics and selecting an exercises would not take the user to the correct statistics screen. This has been fixed, sorry for any frustration! Also, I'm working on adding charting functionality to the app, so look out for that on the next update!
1.2.0.5
2016年12月13日
Fixed two bugs I caught:
1) The muscle group pickers had no data when accessed by going "workout"->"Exercise"->"Edit"
2) The exercises for secondary muscle groups weren't showing up (Thanks Swift 3).
1.2.0.4
2016年11月22日
Fixed a bug that would prevent workout history from showing for single digit dates.
1.2.0.3

With the release of iOS 10, I had to recode a large portion of the app to work properly. This was not an easy task, but I'm confident I sorted it all out. Unfortunately, the parts of the code that handled saving workout data were changed too, and upgrading will wipe out your workout history.

Before installing, please export your workout data if you want to reenter it into the new version.

Additionally:
-Fixed a glitch that caused workouts to sometimes show up and sometimes not.
-Fixed a glitch that prevented workout exercises from displaying properly.
-Made the muscle goals and todays exercises stop locking up the screen when being loaded (you will see them loading, but you can still navigate)
-Added a "refresh" button to the muscle goals. I noticed that once you start reaching 200 they get cumbersome to load all the time, so now you can just refresh them when you please.

Removed the meters because they caused some confusion and were unnecessarily complicated.
Simplified the home screen to just the number of exercises done today, the number of days since last workout, and which exercises were done today.
Added indicators to the muscle selection screen showing how many times each muscle was used.
Added the goal for all muscle groups (the highest number of sets done for any muscle group).
1.0.0.1
2016年02月02日
Just a few fixes:
1) Made the Section headers readable
2) Added some animations for row addition and deletion

The next update has the meters removed, a simplified home screen, and the goal is changed to the highest number of entries done out of all muscle groups.
The next update will be released when Xcode 7.3 is publicly available.
