About Well onTarget Fitness Program
This app is available to you through the Well onTarget® Fitness Program, as a benefit of select Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) health plans.
With this app, eligible members book studio classes, find participating fitness centers, and keep track of fitness center visits to earn Blue Points exchangeable for healthy living rewards. The program helps members get on track – and stay on track – to reaching wellness goals.
As part of the Fitness Program and with this app you'll get access to:
• A nationwide network of fitness centers including national and regional chains. That means convenient access to a gym close to wherever you are - whether at home, work, on vacation or traveling!
• A loyalty program of nationwide, boutique studios to unlock discounts as you go
• Online account management, goal-setting, and tracking of your fitness center and studio visits
