Fixed an issue where upgrading the version of ePOD while a manifest is active can cause a crash

Fixed the most common app crashes.
Drivers are correctly prompted to enter reason codes when adjusting quantities or lines.
Fixed an issue where the driver was prompted to submit a photo on failed drops.
The connection log will now scroll to the bottom as expected.

Added support for sending a "manifest received" message after the manifest has been downloaded and processed correctly. This requires an update to your K8 system to enable support.
Fixed an issue where the list of deliveries on the "Scan deliveries" screen would sometimes not display correctly.

Customers reported a range of issues with V2.0.20 which was released last week. In order to have time to investigate these issues fully, we have rolled back all the changes in V2.0.20 and re-released V2.0.19 under a new version number.

With "editable quantities" enabled, tap on the line quantity to change it.
Reason codes are correctly split depending on whether you have a partial or failed delivery.
"Confirm manifest" now has a loading popup to indicate it is working in the background.
App-wide improvements to reduce memory usage and improve performance.
Additional error reporting to help us fix some underlying issues. You may see more error messages than before, these are all automatically logged.
