KNOWN BUG: The occasional endless loading screen issue still occurs in this version, but has been identified and should be fixed in the next version.

Clock In & Out

We vastly simplified time tracking on the job. No more tapping on Time Entries and having to remember how many hours you spent. When you're looking at a job, you'll see a Clock In button. Tapping on it starts a timer and also sets the job to Started for you. When you're done, just tap Clock Out. You'll have the option to charge for your time, or not.

Location Tracking (Premium only)

Introducing the single most requested feature of the mobile app, since before we even had a mobile app: live location tracking.

Premium subscribers can go to the Map page in the web application and see the location of every employee in the field, updated live as they move around from job to job. Zoom in on one employee to see clock-ins and outs for a given day, right alongside their schedule. Or view everyone on the map at once. You'll have up-to-the-minute info on where everyone is, at any time.

View printable documents in-app

Some of you asked for an easy way to view your estimates and invoices from the mobile app exactly as they would appear on paper. We added a View button for this: when viewing an estimate or invoice, tap the button and you'll be treated to a view of your document suitable for saving, sharing, or printing.
