Thanks for using the Knotel app. This version includes a redesign of the app, starting with the homepage. Core functionality such as submitting a ticket, communicating with your space ops manager, and booking a conference room are just one click away. We have also upgraded the Communications feature to allow you to stay up to date on the status of your tickets, take / upload pictures, and comment on all your tickets through the app. More transparency, less hassle.
