iEN APP為提供給可登入帳號於iEN平台(網址: http://ien.com.tw/)之申租用戶使用。中華電信iEN智慧節能服務提供企業客戶用電設備能源管理服務，可在各式用電設備（如空調設備負載：冰水主機、空調箱、送風機、箱型冷氣等）安裝監控設備或數位電表，並搭配各式環境感測器（如溫度、濕度、二氧化碳、移動感測器等），經由網路蒐集設備運作及環境狀態資料，並傳送到中華電信iEN雲端管理平台。申租用戶可透過網頁登入平台進行用電設備設定，自動對環境進行『用電動態能源管理』，讓設備在使用上更具人性與效率化。
