磯釣達人APP主要功能：
天氣資訊：查詢使用者所在地一周天氣資訊
最新消息：提供使用者查詢基隆市政府發佈之最新資訊
個人設定：記錄使用者個人及經常一起同行的釣友資料
磯釣申請：根據船家提供的可預約時間範圍，線上進行申請請作業，使用者可自行申請獲同時申請多人一同磯釣
魚獲回報：挑選所獲魚種、拍照、量測魚獲大小，即可自動計算魚獲重量並限上回傳進行申報
