About Affinity Assist
The exciting and innovative Affinity Assist mobile app will enhance beneficiaries’ experience with Affinity Group. There are several exciting functions, packaged into a very smart little app to ensure client service excellence!
Beneficiaries will be able to submit and store important information about themselves or their family on the app to access in an emergency situation.
Additional cover can be requested via the app and beneficiaries can include photographs, capture relevant data about a vehicle for assessment and add their own descriptions for example.
There is a built-in panic button to push in case of an emergency. The panic button will send an alert into the call centre to “call back” the beneficiary and arrange immediate assistance.
Functionality is built-in to lodge a notification of incident to expedite a claim with step-by-step assistance on the app. Affinity Assist beneficiaries will also be prompted to take the required photo evidence at the scene and these photos will be date and time stamped so as to keep a proper audit trail and enable Affinity Assist to expedite the processing of the claim.
Beneficiaries will be able to access Affinity Assist’s suite of customised assistance and emergency services via the app with content that explains what they are covered for prior to calling the call centre. Recommendations can be made to friends about our products and services.
Beneficiaries will receive the latest news and updates through Push Notifications.
There is an area within the app where Beneficiaries can do a vehicle pre-inspection for second hand vehicles. They will be able to take photos of the front, side and back of the vehicle. The full pre-inspection detail will be sent through to Affinity Assist via email to assess and so much more!
