- Call users from your conferences : Until now you were only able to add a participant or a Rainbow room to a Bubble in order to have them join a conference. From now on you'll be able to call a participant from the conference itself so that the callee will be able to join your conference directly without having to accept an invitation to join a Bubble beforehand. When the conference is over the user won't be added to the bubble. This new feature will allow you to add participants temporarily and on-the-fly.

- Report a problem

To provide a simpler and better experience when raising an issue about the Rainbow experience, we worked on a "Report a problem" feature, available directly from the app. This new feature will retire Emily for now, until she is ready to return to service with a new mission. To access this new feature, click on your avatar and go to the "Help and support" menu. You will discover a "description" field to fill in as well as the possibility to attach files to accompany your description with image(s) or video(s). Your agreement will be necessary in order to send your problem to the support service since the sending of your logs will be attached to your information.

- Records your meeting and share them with your network

Recordings of your meetings is now available, audio and screen sharing can be recorded. During a conference an organizer or owner will be able to start a recording up to 5 hours maximum. A recording can be paused and retrieved in order to record the most relevant of your meeting. Processing time can take on or several minutes depending on the duration of the recording but you won't missed it because once a recording is ready you'll receive a notification in app and also an email. You'll be invited to share the recording with your networks as soon as it is ready in your storage. In terms of storage, you will discover a new folder in your bubble menu. In that folder called "Recordings" folder, you'll retrieve all yours but also recordings shared with you. For each of your records you will have access to all associated files.

- Telephony - Display the number or name of the initial called party

When a forwarded or redirected call is presented, the number or name of the original called party is displayed.

- Telephony - Presentation on mobile phone of queued calls

Rainbow handles two calls on mobiles and does not show queued calls. When both calls are finished, if there are calls in the queue, one of them is presented as a new incoming call

- Creation of favorite contacts

Favorite shortcuts are no longer limited to Rainbow users. It is now possible to define favorite contacts. These contacts can come from Rainbow business and personal directories. They can also be chosen from Microsoft Azure shared contacts.

- Web link sharing enhancement

The experience is enriched by precious additional information. From now on by sharing a link the user will get a card below the link which contain a preview of it. The user will be able to see the image, the title and a description. This improvement will increase serenity as the user will have a preview of what it will discover.

- PSTN Dial-in:

The owner or organizer of a Rainbow Bubble, who has the Dial-in feature, can share a URL link with participants to join a conference. Now they can also share a list of international dial-in numbers with an access code. Rainbow Conferencing is now a full bridge for both WebRTC and PSTN connections. Now a user can join a conference by calling a phone number, allowing participation in cases where no Internet or 4G coverage is available. This also allows simultaneous joining with one's laptop to see the screen share.
