About ALPR USA
This APP does Automatic License Plate Reading (ALPR) right on your iPhone or iPad.
The APP uses the camera to get images and then is uses Optical Character Recognition to read the license plate.
The APP will read 2 line plates but it will not read 'stacked' plate where there are a number of small characters next to the main ones on the plate.
Plates are stored in a .csv file that you can access finder on MAC.
The file is called autoList.csv
This app provides the simplest way to record all the license plates in a parking lot.
The list of license plates can be edited on the iPhone or iPad.
The reading times of license plates can be used for point to point speed calculation if you have to iPhones and can be in two places at once. Our website has a simple speed calculator https://www.imense.co.uk/imenseSpeed.html

The APP has been enhanced to read plates faster. The UI has been changed to allow continuous reading of passing license plates. Accurate reads are stored in a file and you can choose to save images too. A new ISO mode is introduced that lets you, our valued customer sir, set the ISO and shutter speed of the camera so fast moving plates can be captured.
