Amrita Live subscription plans are offered for different terms and tenures and some aspects of the app/Site and the services offered there on require payment before they can be accessed. Renewal, Upgrade and Cancellation-
Auto-renewal is the only option available on iPhone. The purchased plan will be auto-renewed until it is cancelled by the subscriber. Auto-renewal will be activated within 24 hours.
Normally, the same plan that You have already subscribed will be renewed automatically.
The user can avail the ‘Upgrade Plan’ option given in the Plan page.
The user can cancel the subscription at any time.
For changing an ongoing subscription plan to another, first the user has to cancel the existing plan and then any other available plan can be selected. However, Your previous subscription plan will continue to remain active till the end of its Term, irrespective of when You cancel the Service. For eg: If your billing cycle is from Jan 01 to Jan 30 and you cancel the subscription on Jan 10, You will continue to get the service till Jan 30.
The subscription fee for a Paid Subscription will be billed at the beginning of your Subscription Period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on the respective platform. For assistance, please contact us at support@amritalive.com .
Post cancellation of Your subscription, if You wish to re-subscribe to the Service, You may do so from Your “Account Setting >> Plan & Payment” option. Meanwhile, only higher plans will be available to You. All the plans will be available to you after the completion of the cancelled plan period.
Discounts to the subscription plans will be notified on the Subscription page, if any.
