『Atomize』は将棋やチェスなどのボードゲームと同じく、敵の王を倒しに行くゲームですが、他のボードゲームにない大きな特徴が３つあります。
◆3次元空間での対局
Atomizeでは対局盤が９×９×９の２階建てになっています。将棋の様な前後左右の動きに加え、１〜２階間を動き回る上下の動きを楽しめます。
◆コマの動きをカスタマイズできる
Atomizeでは１８種類の能力が用意されており、その中から３つまで選んでコマに装備することができます。例えば、１つのコマに「横」「飛車」「桂馬」の能力を付ければ、そのコマは横方向に１マス、また飛車、桂馬の位置に動くことができるようになります。
◆チームを編成できる
Atomizeでは自分だけのチームを編成することができます。ただし、強い能力ほど高いコストがかかってしまうので、強いコマをたくさん作ることはできません。チームの編成や相性によって勝敗が大きく左右されるので、よく考えなければいけません。


Atomizeは現在オフライン対戦にのみ対応していますが、追ってオンライン対戦も楽しめるようになります。
オフライン対戦では、お手元のiPhone,iPadを使って山の上でも、となりにいるお友達と対局が楽しめます。
オンライン対戦では、ネットワークを介して世界中のプレイヤーと対局が楽しめます。

ルールは主に将棋を元に作られているので、簡単にご理解いただけるようになっています。

You play Atomize with an opponent, and you win when you beat the opponent king like chess.
Atomize has 3 big differences from other board games, and it engrosses you.
・There is the 2nd floor (layer) above the 1st floor. Some pieces can move between the 2 floors.
・You can make your own pieces. Each piece can have Max 3 kinds of abilities from all 18 kinds of them. For example, you can equip a piece with 'bishop' in chess and an ability which enables the piece to go front 1 square and an ability which enables the piece to go sides 1 square.
・You can make your own team with the pieces you make. Strong abilities cost higher and vice versa, so players can't use too many strong pieces.

Atomize is now only available offline, but online is coming soon.
You can play games with your friends next to you on your device offline.
You can play games with people all over the world online.(unavailable now)
