About Baby Health Record
Baby Health Record (BHR) app aims at making the process of managing children’s health easier for both parents and health professionals and promoting communications between parents and professionals.
BHR provides an electronic interface with which you can record all events that are medically related to your baby.
This is a way of keeping track of your child’s progress. Wherever you are and whatever happens to your child, you’ll have a record of their health and progress, which can be shared with health professionals. You’ll find it helpful to keep the developmental milestones.
By using this app you can record:

* Illness
* Allergy
* Medical Records
* General Logs
And also you can generate a report and can share with the health professionals. The type of
the reports that can be generated are
* Height/Weight Chart
* Immunization
* Health Trends
You can generate the total activities in to a single PDF document and can share it with the professionals.
You can save your information safely on your cloud account.
