In just a few minutes a day, Butt and Legs Workouts will keep your body healthy, fit and in shape. The app is equipped with workouts for every fitness level. You can even create your own workout routines. Butt and Legs Workouts also has custom nutrition plans, built to help transform your body in as little as two weeks!

Butt and Legs Workouts offers many different workout types (BBG, HIIT, high intensity, beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc.) each of which displays the intensity level of the workout.

To reduce the risk of injury and promote optimal training, the workouts contain stretching and warm up movements.

Our exercise library contains more than 25 exercises and will continue to grow! High quality videos and animations help you execute the proper movements for each exercise. Every exercise contains a muscle group image which explains which muscles are used while performing the exercise.

Butt and Legs Workouts also contains advanced training and workout plans which guide you through the process of becoming a stronger version of yourself.

There is no need to perform workout routines at the gym, as with a few pieces of basic equipment, many workouts can be performed out of the comfort of your own home, or at a hotel, or at the local park.

The app is largely comprised of workouts and training plans which are based on the principle of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), which can improve your cardiovascular health and speed up your fat loss, resulting in better overall health, a higher fitness level, a tighter, leaner body, and increased metabolism for fat burning.

Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period, and cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.

The renewal rate will be according to your subscription $9.99, $14.99, $24.99, or $49.99.

In addition, we offer a free trial period on a six-month subscription!

After purchase, you can deactivate automatic renewal in the settings of your iTunes account. Additionally, you can manage all of your subscriptions after purchase using your Account Settings.
