1. REGISTER: For free and create your company profile.
2. POST A SHIFT: Publish your shift vacancy details for free and find the best and capable staff who are ready to start right away
3. SELECT STAFF: Review Staff experience and ratings and choose the best for the role. All our staff are thoroughly vetted before they are active on the platform. Checks include Right to work, Qualifications DBS checks and up to date training.
4. PAY: Approve the digital timesheet at the end of the shift, rate the temporary staff and pay. You can rate seekers at the end of each shift and add them to your favourites list. Their ratings relate to how they rank when they apply for shifts in the future. You will be able to see a Seeker’s rank when they apply for a shift you have posted.
