Track your effort zones, heart rate, and points for every CrossFit® or Cross Training class and WOD you do. Use your Apple Watch for real-time feedback or connect any Bluetooth heart rate monitor.

Whether you’re a Box member or you’re doing functional training at home, Cross Train Workout Companion® will give you killer insight into how hard your body is working during each exercise.

Achieve your daily point goal to maximize your training and calorie burn. Seeing your zones in real-time on your Apple Watch provides great mid-workout motivation.

Track your AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, Timer, and Metcon workouts on the convenience of your wrist then manually upload your stats to CrossFit® BTWB.

Each zone is associated with a color - there are 5 zones total. Zone thresholds have been personalized to cross-training & functional fitness workouts.

“Feel the buzz” - every time you earn a point, your watch will buzz with haptic feedback to indicate progress toward your goal.
