Customer Support Shouldn’t Stop When You Leave Your Workplace. For this purpose, we created the DaoDesk app for iOS. Compared to the full version of the DaoDesk/ServiceDesk system, the mobile app has limited functionality, but it still allows you to provide complete remote customer support. No matter where you are, you will always stay informed about customer requests and be able to respond to them. Additionally, the app will always notify you in the background about important events related to tickets.
DaoDesk will help you provide excellent service—your customers will appreciate it!
DaoDesk for iOS offers:
• Access to the ticket list with filtering options
• Detailed ticket view
• Ability to modify ticket properties
• Ticket search
• Responding to tickets
• Managing comments within tickets
• Notifications about new tickets, ticket assignments, and new replies
• Creating new tickets on behalf of customers
