The more fresh data gathered the more valuable and helpful it can be to the user and those you want to share your concerns with. Thus the more DataVoodoo is used, the more robust an understanding of your neighborhood and community you may have, and be able to relay concerns and upon which to base recommendations offered to decision-makers, political leaders.
