Dubai Application provides simple, clear and transparent mechanism to manage the Brokerage Contracts electronically:
· Sale Contract between the Owner and the Broker (Contract A).
· Buy Contract between Investor/Buyer and Broker (Contract B).

يهدف وضع عقود الوساطة على التطبيق لحماية حقوق الوسطاء والملاك من خلال ألية مؤتمتة لعمليات الوساطة العقارية وباستخدام عقود الكترونية كالتالي:
· عقد البيع بين المالك والوسيط (عقد بيع أ)
· عقد الشراء بين المشتري/المستثمر والوسيط (عقد شراء ب)

تتلخص فوائد وضع عقود الوساطة على التطبيق بالنقاط التالية:
· حفظ حقوق المستثمرين، الملاك والوسطاء للارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات

· تسهيل آلية تنفيذ اجراء نقل الملكية

· رفع مستوى الشفافية

· توفير قراءة تحليلية لمعطيات السوق العقاري من عمليات البيع والشراء

· تنظيم إجراءات تسجيل المبايعات من خلال تسويق الوساطة وذلك لبناء عقد البيع الموحد (عقد ف) كنتيجة من العقود المبرمة (عقد البيع أ وعقد الشراء ب) لما يضمن سهولة عملية ادخال البيانات ودقتها في نظام أمين التسجيل العقاري أو لنظام سوق دبي العقاري. الأمر الذي يساهم في تقليل المدة الزمنية في تنفيذ عملية نقل الملكية وتقليل التكاليف المترتبة من طباعة وإدارة واتلاف العقود الورقية (العقود التقليدية).
