About Easee Installer
Security is everything
When using the Installer app, only approved installers can set up and configure Easee products, this way we can ensure that all installations are carried out correctly. If you are not a part of a registered Easee Partner company you can apply to have your company registered from within the app.
Install and set up
Configuring an easee charging site has never been easier! All you need is a compatible phone with NFC to set up and configure the site and the backplates you want to add to it.
You can install and set up a completely new site or update an existing one! All the sites you have access to are available from the installer app.
All you need is the app
Transfer the site data to the backplate by holding your phone over the backplate. With the Installer app, it is even possible to install a complete Easee Ready installation without the need for a Chargeberry. From the Installer app, you can also factory reset a backplate by wiping its data.
Work offline
The Installer app requires an internet connection to sync all the data to and from the cloud, however you can use the app from a location where there is no internet available like deep within a parking garage, we will make sure to upload all the information to the cloud once you are back online.

New:
• You can now toggle the visibility of the News banner and News page by toggling "Marketing updates" in the Profile / Subscriptions page.
• Equalizers that don't receive any data from the meter will now display this info on the Equalizer product card.
• You can now dismiss the Transfer Ownership banner, for sites where this is not relevant to you.
Improvements:
• Moved Appearance section below Bluetooth section in Charger Settings.
Fixes:
• We no longer prompt you that Bluetooth has been disabled when you start the app.

• Site Admins should be able to configure the WiFi connection for chargers in MDUs.
Improvements:
• Bluetooth experience when charger is offline (or device) has been improved for scenarios where a cloud connection is required (Caching and loading of scheduling).
• Updated the skip/next buttons in the Wifi Configuration page when adding individual backplates to avoid users not noticing the skip button.
Fixes:
• Was showing the wrong or misleading name for access on the product card in some scenarios.
• Should be able to delete sites even if they have consumption data.

• Interacting with your charger via Bluetooth now possible. Note that this only works on Chargers with firmwares v316 or higher. When you are connected to a charger via Bluetooth everything apart from changes to Access or Scheduling can work without an internet connection.
• Nearby chargers detected via Bluetooth in Tools page. Note that only chargers with firmwares v316 or higher will show up here.
• You can configure chargers via Bluetooth by using the Nearby chargers function in Tools (v316 or higher firmwares needed).
Improvements:
• Button texts and icons in Tools page a bit smaller.
• Removed the warning that the circuit fuse is too low in Available Energy.
Fixes:
• Configuring completely new/blank backplates using NFC would not work for some devices, now it should be a lot more reliable.
