In this quick release, we’ve improved the signup experience for new EatClub members. Simply provide your preferred dining location and we’ll use that to show the best venues nearest to your location. We’ve also improved our communications so it’s easier to know how the EatClub app works, and how to select your next dining adventure from our top venues near you!
There are some great bug fixes in there too, notably improvements on the map view in this release. If you have come across any problems, an idea to improve your experience, or require support reach out to hello@eatclub.com.au.

We’ve added new support features to EatClub Pay. EatClub Pay allows you to tap and pay and get your offer deducted from the total bill instantly and automatically. This update enables you to access self-service help to troubleshoot any issues for when things don’t go to plan. It also provides access to direct phone support to a customer service specialist which is open from 8am to 12am. So update your app, redeem amazing offers and know that there’s all the support you need to ensure every experience on EatClub is a great one! Also includes several optimizations and bug fixes.

EatClub Pay has evolved!
You can now tap and pay with your EatClub Card as many times as you like when you redeem a single exclusive offer for dine-in.
If you find yourself at a pay as you go restaurant or want to order more before your offer expires, EatClub has you covered.
Here are some of the new features:
Payment logic and messaging - After your first payment, your offer now remains open with clear messaging on how to tap again and when your offer expires.
Brand new Payment & Receipts UI - You can now easily view a list of all your payments or swipe through individual receipts to check how much you’ve spent and saved when dining out with an offer.
Improved Payment Notifications - We’ve upgraded our push notification’s allowing you to view your most recent payment receipt in the app in just one click.
Tax receipt emails - After you tap and pay, you will now get a tax receipt emailed to you so it’s clear what you’ve paid and formal documentation for the tax man if you need.
