With Elation Passport you can:

• Easily send and receive messages to your provider.
• Get 24/7 access to your medical history, allergies, current medications, and other pertinent health information.
• Securely share your clinical information with members of your Care Team.
Take advantage of iOS features with:
• Camera support: Conveniently upload and send images to your provider using your iOS device camera.
• Push notifications: Get notified the minute you have new health information to review sot that you’re always in the loop.
