This app empowers employees with the tools they need to provide better customer experiences, meet performance goals and more. Employees have access to:

* View their schedule
* Access their guest's history and details so they can provide a highly personalized experience
* Track commission earned to-date
* Track their performance against performance goals like service revenue, retail sales, punctuality, customer retention, booking requests, pre-bookings and more
* Capture guest feedback in the app - i.e. set up a digital customer feedback kiosk with this app

This mobile app is for Zenoti customers only. To use this app you must:
* Be assigned as an employee in your Zenoti account
* Have mobile access turned on in your employee profile
* Have an active connection to the internet

This app works on all iPads and iPhones 4 and above.

MARK UP AREAS AND ADD COMMENTS TO IMAGES USING EMPLOYEE APP

Using the latest version of this app, therapists can take pictures of areas of treatment, markup and add comments. For example, you can take picture of client’s face, markup spots before treatment to review with the client.
You can also take a picture after to compare the effect of treatment.
